MEET ANGIE
A 25-year educator and East Hartford Town Councilor, I’m running for State Representative to fight for working families and a more just Connecticut. I’ve spent my career teaching students to understand the world beyond their own experience and bringing that same perspective to public service. On the Town Council, I chair the Tax Policy and Real Estate committees, advocate for workers, and focus on responsible economic development that strengthens our community while easing the burden on taxpayers. As State Representative, I’ll fight for a public healthcare option, fair school funding, housing protections, and a tax system that asks the wealthiest to pay their fair share — because East Hartford deserves leadership that works for everyone.
